Scaling Cross-Channel Communications: The Multiverse Success Story

Executive overview

Multiverse, a leading provider of apprenticeships and on-the-job learning programs, turned to Dyspatch to unify their customers' cross-channel communication journey.

The challenge

Creating and implementing a unified strategy was the challenge: With multiple stakeholders, frequent content updates, and a mix of both B2B and B2C communications, they required a tool that could handle rapid changes while maintaining brand consistency across multiple email service providers (ESPs)

Modular emails with the Dyspatch Drag and drop email builder

Why Multiverse chose Dyspatch

Multiverse selected Dyspatch to support a full rebranding of their brand and design. They knew an email production platform like Dyspatch would streamline the process, as well as provide sophisticated cross-channel communications support as their business continues to grow.

Having an email builder with built-in guardrails and an email design system would allow Multiverse to maintain their brand integrity across all three of Multiverse's sending platforms. As Mustafa explains:

"[Dyspatch] has enabled us to create consistent email designs across the business, but also the ability to create more engaging email templates."

— Mustafa Meyzin, CRM Manager, Multiverse

Implementation was effortless

The switch to Dyspatch coincided with Multiverse's rebranding initiative. Their Brand and UX product design team had crafted a new branding and messaging strategy, and collaborated closely with the Dyspatch team to ensure smooth integration.

In collaboration with Leo Luis, an Email Development Contractor who was instrumental in building their new templates, Multiverse was able to launch their new brand identity seamlessly. Using Dyspatch, they were able to sync their communications across their sending platforms. Every message sent to customers was on brand, pixel-perfect, and approved by every stakeholder involved in the rebranding process.

The challenges of creating an email communication strategy that will scale to every device, email provider, and customer profile were tangible for Multiverse, and Dyspatch’s no-code email builder rose to the occasion. Early on, they were able to quickly adapt their emails to fix some of their previous issues: buttons not scaling properly on mobile devices, padding being off when switching from desktop to mobile views, and more. Within minutes, their team was able to resolve these issues in Dyspatch without looking at a single line of code.

Easily export your emails to hubspot, iterable, or postmark with our integrations

Key results

1. Scalable multi-platform integrations

Multiverse successfully integrated Dyspatch with multiple ESPs including Iterable, HubSpot, and Postmark, enabling them to maintain consistent branding across.

The team at Multiverse needed the flexibility to experiment with new sending platforms, and Dyspatch made adding them seamless. Within a few weeks of onboarding, Dyspatch worked with the Multiverse team to develop a new integration connector to simplify the sending experience for emails. And in the months since, new integrations have been added at Multiverse’s request, which could support other messaging channels, like SMS, push notifications, and eVoice.

2. A streamlined review process

The ability to add collaborators in Dyspatch across various teams at Multiverse transformed their approval workflow process, allowing stakeholders from across the organization to preview and collaborate on their email communications, without the need for a third-party tool such as Slack or Google Drive.

"The shareable URL has improved that process... being able to respond to feedback, make amendments and sign off comms quickly in one central location has increased efficiency and improved our QA processes."

— Mustafa Meyzin, CRM Manager, Multiverse

For businesses where customer communications drive growth and satisfaction, email perfection isn't optional—it's essential. Dyspatch gave the Multiverse team a central platform to align internally, manage email details, and collaborate on improvements right where the work happens.

Public share links added essential functionality to the team’s workflow in Dyspatch, allowing communications to be easily shared with users outside the approval pipeline for seamless external feedback.

3. Centralized cross-channel communications

Dyspatch now powers Multiverse's entire email communication journey, across Marketing and Transactional campaigns.

This makes it easy for the Multiverse team to keep all of their email templates organized and in one place. What’s more, the Multiverse team can align those email messages with their SMS, push notification, and even Voice messages, all in Dyspatch.

This creates a wonderful user experience: every communication sent to apprentices and customers are perfectly on-brand, and what’s more, they reflect Multiverse’s commitment to the future. Multiverse’s emails are amazing from a design perspective, but also excellent as a helpful and actionable tool for the thousands of people who receive them.

4. Rapid content updates

The Dyspatch email production platform enables quick updates to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in their communications:

"The automated sync of email templates & blocks with our ESPs means updates can be made across a number of communications in one sweep."

— Mustafa Meyzin, CRM Manager, Multiverse

With over 1,500 customers putting their trust in Multiverse, it’s essential that every communication be effective, but also timely. With Dyspatch, the speed at which their team can dispatch new messages is at an all-time high. This is key to Multiverse’s ability to deliver exceptional, results-driven coaching.

5. Enhanced team collaboration

Multiverse brought together stakeholders from across their teams to collaborate on their communications strategy in Dyspatch. And in Dyspatch, they can easily preview and collaborate on future communications with internal stakeholders:

"Dyspatch has been a really great tool for collaboration. We’re able to showcase to wider teams exactly what is on offer from a design perspective whilst leaning on the guardrails put in place to minimise inconsistencies. This has helped streamline building processes as it helps to manage expectations."

— Mustafa Meyzin, CRM Manager, Multiverse

How Culture Amp uses Dyspatch to build employee experiences in 45 languages

Executive intro

Culture Amp, a leading employee experience platform, faced significant challenges managing their extensive email library. Emails were stuck in the code, making them a challenge to update. Managing 45+ locales per email meant their team was handling a lot of files to keep translations on track. They turned to Dyspatch to simplify their email production workflow, moving from a code-heavy approach to a more collaborative, efficient, and scalable process.

The challenge

Before Dyspatch, Culture Amp's email management process was resource-dependent. Their system relied heavily on engineers and used a Git repository that had become cumbersome over time. With approximately 800 email templates (including localized versions of the same templates) using Handlebars templating language, their process was complex and difficult to maintain.

Get your email code out of github

Mac Fox, lead product manager at Culture Amp, described how their previous workflow left engineers shouldering the burden of template updates and management, creating a system that was inefficient and challenging to ensure brand consistency and manage translations effectively.

Why Culture Amp chose Dyspatch: Our proposal

Email production and collaboration are key to Culture Amp’s continued scale, and are the heart of Dyspatch's core offering. Our mission is to provide a collaborative environment designed to streamline email creation and management. This aligns perfectly with Culture Amp, as it frees their team from the constraints of their code-heavy approach. Dyspatch’s user-friendly interface opens the door for non-technical team members to participate in the email production process, reducing the burden on costly engineering resources.

“Shout out to Aileen & the rest of the CS team, the quickness of your responses is astounding, y’all do an excellent job of supporting your customers.”

— Mac Fox, Lead Product Manager at Culture Amp

To further enhance efficiency, Dyspatch seamlessly integrates with Culture Amp’s existing tools, including Sendgrid as their Email Service Provider (ESP) and Smartling for translations. Additionally, Dyspatch's robust theme support ensured brand consistency across all email templates, while our dedicated customer success team stood ready to provide top-notch support throughout the implementation and beyond.

The process

Working with Culture Amp, Dyspatch provided seamless onboarding to our email production platform. Designs were imported and optimized for five distinct email templates by 'blockifying' each design to become part of their new email design system. Now that they have their five base emails, endless new emails can be created and remixed effortlessly by dragging and dropping a few blocks.

The Dyspatch email design system workflow

With Dyspatch firmly in place, Culture Amp’s typical workflow has undergone a significant transformation. Now, when product teams identify the need for email updates, they can quickly be set up for success with Dyspatch. New teams receive a brief overview of Dyspatch, the modules they’ll be using to create their emails, and how to use the supported integrations to both translate their finished emails, and export them to Culture Amp’s ESP.

“Your support team is head & shoulders above other services”

— Mac Fox, Lead Product Manager at Culture Amp

This newly streamlined workflow empowers Culture Amp’s product teams to work independently, crafting and managing emails with minimal oversight. Dyspatch’s support team is also available, should any questions about technical or best practices around email production and design arise.

The new workflow not only increases efficiency, but also fosters a sense of independence, and ownership among the teams at Culture Amp: the product team can swiftly create and update beautiful, fully localized, and thoroughly tested emails, without support from a design or engineering team. As a result, Culture Amp is able to free up engineering time previously spent manually managing their template database to instead redirect valuable engineering time to building further value for their customers.

The results

Implementing Dyspatch has led to significant improvements for Culture Amp:

icon-dynamic

Massive time savings in email production and management. Emails are created more quickly, and the translation process has been streamlined. Email production time is down to hours or days, rather than weeks.

Improved collaboration between technical and non-technical team members, from product management, to engineering, to design

Seamless CRM Migration:

Dyspatch’s Flexibility Powers Healthylife’s Email Transformation

Dyspatch’s adaptability to different ESPs and CRMs proved to be instrumental during Healthylife’s rapid expansion.

Healthylife email templates built with the Dyspatch drag and drop email builder

The Technical Challenge

Before coming to Dyspatch, Healthylife was building their emails directly in their marketing automation platform using a WYSIWYG email designer. But the built-in editor didn't offer enough flexibility for reusing modules or designing guardrails to accommodate their strict brand guidelines. Creating email templates was a cumbersome, one-off process that was prone to design errors, and emails were slow to build. What Healthylife needed was an email design system that complemented their brand guidelines, to make sure that anyone on their team could create new emails that were on-brand and ready to send in minimal time.

Being a fast-growing startup, it was important for Healthylife to find an email production platform that allowed them to decouple their email templates from their marketing automation platform – giving them the flexibility and ease to move templates across to another platform as, and when, the business scaled.

“In the back of my mind, I always wanted to make sure that we had an email template provider that allowed us to easily integrate with different platforms as the business scaled.”

Lakshi Perera
CRM Manager, Healthylife

The Dyspatch Solution

The transition to Dyspatch was pivotal for Healthylife. Their CRM team lead, Lakshi Perera, shared their journey with us, emphasizing the impact of the platform’s built-in guardrails, and the Dyspatch team’s excellent support.

With Dyspatch, Healthylife seamlessly migrated from one marketing automation platform to another, thanks to a robust library of built-in integrations. They were able to translate their existing email templates into liquid templates with a single click, which enabled them to migrate their automated flows quickly and easily.

This fluidity also meant that Healthylife could take their time and focus on the details that mattered when migrating their emails into their new CRM: migrating campaigns separately, and taking time to focus on replicating their more complex workflows without the pressure of having to migrate all of their templates and workflows at once.

The Dyspatch email builder

“Dyspatch has been great at forward thinking on what we need as a customer, and adapting their platform to then work well with our use case.”

Lakshi Perera
CRM Manager, Healthylife

Premium Onboarding

Perera also expressed appreciation for Dyspatch’s exceptional customer success team. They highlighted how Dyspatch’s forward thinking approach simplified their onboarding process, and their rapid response to issues and questions played an important part in the success of the migration of marketing automation platforms.

Moreover, Healthylife lauded Dyspatch's rapid response to issues or questions that arose during the migration. Our team even went so far as to help them debug issues with external apps and services. Dyspatch was quick to jump into action, always maintaining open communication, swiftly resolving any issue that came up.

Heathylife using built in device testing as part of the dyspatch suite

“One click of changing our email templates to render in our new automation platform allowed us to change a lot of our emails really quickly, especially for our numerous automated flows!”

Lakshi Perera
CRM Manager, Healthylife

The Results

Dyspatch has transformed Healthylife's email operations, offering a built-in email design system, seamless ESP and CRM migration, and outstanding customer support. Dyspatch's no-code features have significantly optimized their email marketing processes.

Dyspatch’s ability to automatically translate their existing email templates into liquid templates with a single click guaranteed a quick and seamless migration of their automated flows. This fluidity also helped Healthylife refocus their efforts to the details that matter when migrating their emails into their new CRM.

Ensuring Healthylife had the flexibility to migrate their campaigns, and giving them time to focus on replicating their more complex workflows, was key to their migration’s success. Dyspatch’s adaptability to different ESPs and CRMs proved to be instrumental during their transition.

Building localized emails with global reach in minutes

Introduction - Hunter Industries & Dyspatch

With a diverse portfolio and a team spread across the globe, Hunter Industries sought to enhance their communication process. We spoke with Nancy Felicelli, International Marketing Manager at Hunter, and Ilker Akbas, former International Marketing Specialist at Hunter, about their experience with their former tools and process for creating email. Then we asked them about the impact of switching to Dyspatch.

The Dyspatch team built Hunter a bespoke email design system, complete with custom content blocks and detailed personalization. Nancy and Ilker had great insights to share with other global teams who are thinking about using Dyspatch. Read on!

Hunter industries featured template

In Brief: Hunter saw immediate wins with Dyspatch

When the International Marketing Team at Hunter Industries adopted Dyspatch, they experienced immediate benefits. Nancy and Ilker shared insights into their previous email creation tools and the impact of switching to Dyspatch.

Their marketing team has a large number of international customers with whom they communicate and collaborate. Nancy and Ilker noted that onboarding to Dyspatch took virtually no time, and the Hunter team was impressed with the speed at which they hit the ground running with their emails in Dyspatch – without writing code.

Within the first few months of using Dyspatch to power all of their communications with international customers, they now:

  • Spend only 15 minutes on a new email
  • Localize their content with one click using Dyspatch's direct Smartling integration, replacing a manual process that took 20 minutes per locale

New emails are a cinch to create, localize, and sync to Pardot

Hunter’s team wanted to select an email production tool that would accommodate their current scale, while also being the right tool for the scale they will hit in coming years as they continue to expand globally.

Their previous localizations process required copy pasting translation using spreadsheets, which is tedious and prone to human error, and required “20 minutes per language” to implement. Not including the testing required! This also made it difficult to reign in the costs of translations, even when only one small change was made to an email.

With Dyspatch, Hunter leverages the magic of a direct integration with Smartling. Now, only one click is required to sync with accurate and culturally appropriate localizations. What’s more, Hunter can save on localizations costs by only localizing the content that doesn’t often change once – a legal footer, for example, that can be reused in dozens of templates, only has to be sent to translators once.

Ilker noted, in particular, the ease of localization and editing localized content:

Hunter industries device testing

“I love that I can edit once for all languages. The process is easy: Localizations in Dyspatch are working perfectly”

Ilker Akbas
Former International Marketing Specialist at Hunter

The Dyspatch email heroes have been there to help!

The Hunter team told us that working with Dyspatch has been a standout as compared to other vendors. They noted that the Dyspatch platform continues to evolve and each time the team at Hunter has expressed a pain point in their process, they’ve had a solution be implemented within weeks.

“Dyspatch is constantly improving; every day, and every week, there are new features.”

Ilker Akbas
Former International Marketing Specialist at Hunter

Moreover, Hunter worked closely with the Dyspatch customer success team to innovate in their emails, and noted how enjoyable and knowledgeable the team was, and how speedy the responses were, calling the experience “very positive; quick turnaround and even things you would think would take a long time were done quickly. Any contact with Dyspatch has been very easy and very quick.”

Ilker told us that the Dyspatch team made them “feel like they are the only customer of Dyspatch”, which was truly the ultimate compliment. And Dyspatch’s white glove service was also there exactly when they were needed: “We have never seen another company respond to us so quickly”. At Dyspatch, we pride ourselves in providing the best customer support of any email tool out there, so this was a cherished compliment for our team.

And while it shouldn’t be rare for customers to feel as though a tool they’re using every day has a team of folks who are at the ready to help them every step of the way, it can be. Dyspatch has made this a key company priority for nearly a decade.

Conclusion

Even when there were internal changes to Nancy’s team, the process of onboarding to the internationalization strategy was seamless with Dyspatch – especially as compared to before, where manual work was required every step of the way. In summary, the benefits of switching to Dyspatch have been:

  • Speeding up time to market: Creating different translated versions of a new email now takes only 15 minutes, significantly reducing production time
  • Effortless localization: Dyspatch's direct Smartling integration enables one-click localization, replacing the previous manual process that took 20 minutes per locale
  • Eliminating errors: Dyspatch's granular approval workflow process eradicated small but pesky email mistakes attributed to human error

The International Marketing Team at Hunter Industries seamlessly onboarded to Dyspatch, eliminating manual work and experiencing immediate benefits. The Dyspatch team's exceptional support and commitment to innovation further enhanced Hunter's international email operations; as Hunter Industries continues to expand, Dyspatch remains their trusted partner for efficient communication and localization.

We are excited to witness Hunter Industries' continued success in the years to come!

Executive Intro

Bryzos is a US-based online steel marketplace specializing in the digital trade of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum metal products. By partnering with Dyspatch, Bryzos was able to expedite the email creation process while removing the heavy-lifting for the Development team. Now, they are free to easily create, update and export their transactional and marketing emails with ease using the Dyspatch no-code, drag-and-drop email builder.

“When everything’s on fire at a startup, everything you can do to take work off the developers’ plates is a huge bonus.”

Kelsey Hartman, Director of Operations

Bryzos device testing

The Technical Challenge

Before coming to Dyspatch, the task of creating, updating or troubleshooting emails remained challenging and inefficient for both the design and development teams. A lack of resources and competing internal priorities often put email development on the back burner, resulting in delays and hindering progress.

With a single designer, they were able to quickly create new email designs in Figma, but the process of passing them to developers and dealing with complicated layouts often resulted in delays getting those new emails tested and sent to customers. The Bryzos team had no choice but to keep their emails basic to keep from having to troubleshoot broken emails, given their library of nearly 90 email templates.

These constraints were a driving force behind Bryzos seeking an email management platform that would reduce the complexity in their process and increase their team’s efficiency.

“In a codeless world, time saved on working with emails opens up a lot of work hours and allows you to focus on what’s important.“

Kelsey Hartman, Director of Operations

The Dyspatch Solution

Dyspatch has revolutionized Bryzos’ email creation process, allowing them to effortlessly create and update their emails without relying on costly developer resources. The built-in approval process has been a game changer, making it easy to seamlessly collaborate amongst their team members and giving them the confidence that they are sending the right email every time.

Thanks to Dyspatch’s intuitive interface, they moved their email designs out of Mailchimp and Sendgrid and into Dyspatch. This created a single source of truth for effective email communication.

What once took days to create now only requires approximately 2-3 hours of the email team’s time, allowing Bryzos to prioritize their email communications and engage with their audience, rather than treating it as a low priority task.

With Dyspatch’s built in data profile previews, Bryzos can confidently test and implement more intricate and complicated emails without compromising on design, functionality, or time to market. This has allowed them to refocus on creating an effective communication strategy and reducing the amount of emails that they need to store.

Executive summary

Maintaining a library of fully responsive, on brand marketing and transactional emails is tough. But when you’re a startup with a small team it’s nearly impossible. Before Dyspatch, Vetcove had surrendered to only using plain text emails so they could easily maintain their library of over 30 triggered emails and avoid accidentally sending broken email.

Leveraging Dyspatch’s built in guardrails they’re able to easily create and maintain a library of media rich HTML emails without having to scale their team or worry about broken links. By leveraging a custom modular email design system, non-technical teams can deploy beautiful, on-brand campaigns faster and achieve greater operational efficiency.

The challenge

Before they started using Dyspatch, they mostly used plain text emails with a single logo image in an attempt to keep their overhead low. Coding HTML emails from scratch can be time consuming. By sticking with plain text emails they could reduce development time and there is little chance that their emails would break.

In their search for a no-code email builder, Vetcove needed a solution that supports conditional logic and dynamic fields, so their emails can be personalized and useful for their customers. They use Postmark for email delivery, so they needed to be able to export them easily to Postmark.

Before adopting Dyspatch, Vetcove was only sending transactional emails and hadn’t yet been able to implement marketing-oriented activities to their strategy. They were looking for a solution to host both their eCommerce transactional emails and marketing emails in one spot so they would be able to sync them to multiple services without having to worry about re-creating templates across multiple services.

The Dyspatch solution

Dyspatch allowed Vetcove to create a system of custom, reusable modules to build on-brand emails in a matter of minutes without having to write HTML. They can pull in modules and create templates to cover all of their use cases, marketing and transactional emails included.

Their emails render well on every device, in every inbox

How can they be sure? Simple. With integrated Litmus testing, they can preview their templates across 90+ email clients, devices, and even in dark mode, right in Dyspatch. The ability to test their emails is a confidence booster. Not to mention, an ROI booster!

“It has been an overwhelmingly positive experience working with your customer success team, and the email template implementation was integral to getting us off the ground.”

— Rhyne Vlaservich, Software Engineer at Vetcove

Having a library of pre-coded blocks available to new users was essential to Vetcove’s onboarding process. These modules existed as an example of the possibilities that are available when using DML, and allowed them to create new blocks effortlessly.

The results

With Dyspatch, Rhyne and his team can create dynamic and engaging HTML emails in the same amount of time it took them to produce simple plain text emails. No increased overhead here, but much higher ROI for their efforts! Because they haven’t increased the time it takes to create an email, they’re able to focus on the design and message that will resonate best with their clients.

With Dyspatch’s built in guardrails and Litmus testing, Vetcove is able to quickly test their email templates across popular browsers and email clients. They’re so confident in the emails they create in Dyspatch that new templates don’t need to be fully tested before sending - they can trust that the guardrails in place have their back.

What’s next

For a rapidly growing startup, it is important to keep things fresh and re-engage with your audience to keep things interesting. With Dyspatch, Vetcove is able to focus on building out new marketing campaigns.

With the addition of AMP support in Dyspatch, Vetcove is also interested in adding new interactive experiences to their emails like appointment booking directly in email. Re-engaging with current customers using AMP-powered product reviews in email will be a snap. And with Dyspatch’s library of pre-coded interactive AMP blocks, they can start experimenting whenever they’re ready.

Executive summary

Hand-coding emails in raw HTML is time-consuming, especially when you take into account testing and troubleshooting. Yet Korbyt’s Design Director, Jacob Court, used to code every email from scratch.

Newsletters, nurture campaigns, support messages, webinar emails — Jacob coded and troubleshooted them all. Considering how finicky HTML can be, it’s no surprise this process would take a day or two for every email.

For someone like Jacob who wears many hats, this wasn’t a sustainable (let alone scalable!) situation. He needed a solution to reduce the manual effort required to create emails and take care of table stakes, like responsive design and testing.

Enter Dyspatch. With Dyspatch’s modular design system, it now takes Jacob as little as 15 minutes to create an email. No more hand coding. No more lengthy troubleshooting. All of Jacob’s emails are responsive out of the box.

In terms of QA, built-in Litmus testing makes it quick and easy for Jacob to double check his templates across email clients and devices. Dyspatch’s comprehensive support for templating languages makes exporting emails to Korbyt’s sending platform, Pardot by Salesforce, easier and more seamless, too.

The bottom line? Jacob can now build an email in minutes, instead of days, allowing him to get more creative with his designs while juggling the demands of a rapidly growing SaaS platform.

The challenge

Korbyt’s email team was, and is, lean. Jacob designed, coded, and tested emails, and a part-time email marketing specialist imported them to Pardot.

Not only was coding emails from scratch tedious, it inhibited Jacob’s ability to experiment and get creative with his designs. Coding, testing, and fixing email templates when they broke simply took up too much time.

With a two person email team (or one and a half, really!), finding a way to speed up creation and QA and do more with less was essential.

“Coding my own emails would take a day or two. That includes designing, testing, and fixing when an email would break. Testing was also painful. The whole process ate up a ton of my time.”

— Jacob Court, Design Director at Korbyt

The Dyspatch solution

Dyspatch solves the “hand-coding” problem.

With a system of custom, reusable modules, Jacob can build on-brand emails in a matter of minutes, without having to write HTML. He can pull in modules and create templates to cover all of Korbyt’s use cases, marketing and transactional emails included.

“Dyspatch has allowed us to have a more modern approach on email designs and nurture campaigns. Shared modules help build continuity across the emails and brand all while making the build process so much easier."

— Jacob Court, Design Director at Korbyt

Not only that, every module is pre-set and supports dynamic content, like first name, company name, or any other available data. In other words, Jacob can add dynamic fields to modules and pull them into templates to create effortlessly personalized experiences.

All Dyspatch modules are also responsive by default, so there’s no need to worry about emails being supported in different browsers and clients. Jacob estimates this has cut down the amount of time he spends on troubleshooting by 80%! The key here is the Dyspatch Markup Language (DML).

Think of DML as a simplified, guaranteed responsive version of HTML. With general knowledge of HTML, Jacob found DML very familiar and easy to pick up. In fact, he was able to start building with DML based on the modular system Dyspatch’s team created for Korbyt.

“Building emails with DML is easy and intuitive. It’s definitely simpler than hand-coding in HTML and support is a quick chat away if I run into an unsolvable problem. Plus, there’s no stress of trying to support Windows and all the different email clients and browsers.”

— Jacob Court, Design Director at Korbyt

Though responsiveness is a given, testing is built right into the Dyspatch email workflow for that extra bit of peace of mind. With integrated Litmus testing, Jacob can quickly preview his templates across all major email clients, devices, and settings, like dark mode. He estimates this built-in testing has cut down the amount of time he spends on QA by 75%. He also appreciates the ability to send a test email from Dyspatch, instead of doing this step in Pardot.

Speaking of which, there’s no additional work to do to make emails compatible with Pardot. Dyspatch offers full support for Pardot’s templating language, meaning Korbyt’s team can import emails that will work perfectly in the platform. Since he doesn’t have to worry about Pardot supporting every template tweak, this gives Jacob more freedom to get creative with email designs.

“Dyspatch is the only platform I could find that supports Pardot in a meaningful manner. There are limited templates for Pardot out there, most available are super basic in design. Dyspatch guarantees their emails for Pardot as an export setting. This helped us push our email designs a bit more and make them more creative without compromising the technical side.”

— Jacob Court, Design Director at Korbyt
